Tribe of Esther Nursing Mentorship Program exists to empower, equip, and uplift nursing students and professionals through intentional mentorship, compassionate guidance, professional development, and consulting. We are committed to cultivating competent, confident, and Spirit-led nurses who are called for such a time as this.
This 12 week program provides 4 Tiers of mentorship and support to meet the needs of nurses throughout their career: Student nurse, new grad, experienced, and legacy.
